As previously mentioned I am very unhappy with the lack of communication from you guys surrounding my car. My appointment was made for saturday and nobody even looked at my car until monday morning and I was told that the person working on my car had no knowledge of my car being there until closing time completely missing my entire appointment... then, it took numerous tries over multiple days to get ahold of people to be able to update me on the status of my car.And ultimately not being informed of a late delivery for the part of my car, which was promised to be completed.The next day.. i was not able to have all of the work done on my car that I had originally requested.Due to the delayed part delivery and the lack of communication... the only reason i'm not completely mad about the situation is because the very nice guy checking me out made me laugh.And the guy I spoke to on the phone was very kind, and I appreciated his good vibes... but this was truly not a good experience aside from the friendly staff. There really is no need to reach back out to me unless you have an idea of how to make this a less terrible experience

It seems there is lots of miscommunication between departments. I was called to come in and address my recall only to be told there was no remedy. It was frustrating to hear so many different things between setting up the service appointment compared to what the service personnel were saying in the garage.
