The work was completed a lot quicker than I thought it would which allowed me to be on time for other commitments I had that day. I was also given a loaner car just in case the work got delayed. Chris was great to work .
Chris was a delight to work with. Excellent, honest communication skills keeping us fully apprised of the work to be done. I very much appreciated his sourcing and applying a few coupons that helped with an expensive repair. He is the consummate professional and you’re fortunate to have him as part of your service Team.

The service was disappointing. After the tire rotation, my vehicle developed ABS and sensor issues that were not present before. The emissions failure happened immediately after the service, and diagnostic data indicates the vehicle’s system was reset during that time. I expected transparency, proper inspection

There is no way an oil change should cost $156.99.
That is ridiculous and a ripoff.
I have been getting oil changes for a multitude of years and never anywhere near this amount.
Also, there was something left up on the dashboard. A piece about a foot long with what looks like vents on it and 2 prongs about 3 inches long.
It went sliding across the dashboard when I turned the corner at the stoplight. There is no reason anyone should have been touching something up there.
Your employees were pleasant but I will not be back since I can get oil changes for reasonable prices.

It seemed that immediately after a front end alignment was done a tire pressure sensor stopped working.
I was told you would be installing a “new” transmission but only after the repair did I find out that you installed a rebuilt transmission. That’s my only complaint
