We got what we wanted fixed. So, that is good. The problem was it took 2 days. There was a little miscommunication. But it turned out ok.
So we are good.
My mechanic did a great job with a quick turnaround. Had to order a part. I had my car back the next day.

I feel that the services are overpriced and over sold. My customer service agent was cranky and not very friendly. After voting 4 cats from Don Jacob’s and have done all my service there, but I am going to be looking for somewhere else to service my vehicle.
My service was over 1 hour just for oil change and tire rotation ,30,000 service.

When I came to pick ip the car after it was finished...I witnessed a very rude snd disgruntled customer. All the employees were patient and kind during his rant...I almost spoke up to tell the customer not to be so rude and to chill out, but held my tongue. Thanks for a great experience today!!
Customer service is awesome!! That's why I go there.
Mike never returned a phone call. He never answered our questions. We had both our RAV4 and our Corolla being serviced. Two different service people and both were rude and did not communicate. We have been going to this Toyota for 26 years and have never been treated this way. Very disappointed.
