AJ said (on his own) that he was having sales call me to discuss not taking the car back due to issues it is having already, and I never heard from anyone. When I checked back in, he ignored me and had this survey sent to me. You still have the car there and I’m not hearing from anyone.
John was great and helpful and responsive. The tostada price for the battery replacement seemed very high(almost $400). Then, I called after John was gone and asked if the could check to make sure the hood would open(I couldn’t get the safety latch to release), Chris told me it would cost another $190 as a diagnostic fee.
So, rest assured, we’ll be checking with other providers next time.

It took two tries through your service department to order tires and schedule an appointment. The first time (Tuesday) the rep I talked to on the phone (I didn't catch her name) took my information and went to place the order for a set of tires. I asked to schedule a Saturday appointment. She promised to call me back. She never did, and when I realized that I never received a confirmation on the appointment I called back Thursday. Sure enough, the appointment was never booked.
On my call (with a different rep) Thursday she had me talk to the parts department directly to order my tires. He took care of it but the tires wouldn't be in until Monday afternoon. So my Saturday appt was out. Being sent back to the service rep, I asked for 8am on Tuesday, and we booked that. I didn't notice on the confirmation that the date (no day was given) was for Monday. So Monday morning at about 9 I get a text that I've missed my appointment (for tires that haven't been delivered yet). I had to call back yet again and ask for an 8am Tuesday appointment. I was locked in to that time because that's the time I asked off from work after I made the appt. I got in at 8:15. It was way too much work to get this appointment made.
To be fair, everything after arriving at the appointment was great. The service rep (Rigo) was fantastic and he got me in and out with my new tires in good time. In fact, Rigo saved the day, because someone entered my customer number incorrectly (Service rep or parts rep?) and they couldn't find my tires. Rigo searched them out himself and found the error and the tires! So, it seems if you can straighten out these problems on the front end of this experience will be all good.

The service I received was good. I was surprised by the final bill which included $35 in shop fees. Not sure how that can be justified for and oil change and an alignment.
