I wish you would hire more women or at least some techs that know how to talk to them because sometimes I swear it feels like the techs don’t know how to talk to me and I leave the conversation feeling frustrated. I liked the guy that I worked with on Saturday a lot, but it feels like whenever I come in I’m expected to know nothing except for specific things only the techs would know. For example, this is the fourth time I’ve brought in my car and not a single person until today told me that the Toyota Care plan designates specific services for each maintenance appointment. It makes me feel like I should just bring a man with me next time I need to bring my car in.

Rigo was an excellent service advisor. Helped me get my car in when I wanted to, kept me up-to-date with service related issues and was extremely professional. I love Serra Toyota, especially their sales people like Steve Jacobs! Steve is the absolute best. If you ever get a chance to work with Steve, you’ll be happy that you did!
