The person who helped me today was so professional and kind. I would recommend that my friends and family come here to service their Toyota because the process was easy the waiting room was clean the staff was kind and the bathroom was sanitary.

Everyone was polite however I waited six hours only to learn that you did NOT have the part. The next day the car was not ready until 4:30. This one year I am using my MR2 as my main vehicle. It was difficult.
Suggest: 1. Keeping your customers in the loop.
2. Solving the problem that you are having with knowing your inventory (I heard you DID explain to your elderly customer that you called her for her tire replacement only to find that you only had THREE of her four tires.
Forgot to call me to pick me up with the shuttle vehicle!! Had to call 2 times for someone to pick me up just before closing time!

The wrong tire was ordered and put on. New tire needs to be ordered and I will have to come back yet another time to get this replaced. Not a huge issue, but ibterupts my schedule. Mike was easy to deal with though.

Gilbert was great. He was patient and kind. My previous experiences with a certain associate left alot to be desired.so I decided to go elsewhere for services I decided to come back and give this dealership another chance. Im glad I did Gilberto has amazing customer service skills and is very knowledgeable and made me feel heard and at ease. I will be back because of him.
