The work performed was fine and completed as expected. However, after returning home and reviewing the invoice, I noticed a charge of $21.00 for “miscellaneous charges and deductions for all jobs - Shop Supplies”. Seriously? I had mud flaps installed and believe any anticipated “shop supplies would have been included in the original quote. The only reason that I came to your service center today was because “body plugs” were not installed correctly when I picked up the newly purchased car last week. The manager offered a $50 discount for the inconvenience but to charge $21 for supplies on a simple mud flaps installation mitigates any good will.
Frankly, if I could have reviewed the invoice in detail, instead of signing off on a credit card sized signature pad with no explanation, I would have disputed the charge before paying.
I appreciate the service provided during my recent visit. Jeffery has been great and very caring. However, I noticed that the issue with the wireless charger in my car wasn’t addressed. Currently, it initiates charging but disconnects after about a minute.
Additionally, my fuel tank was empty upon pickup, despite being informed that a full tank would be provided as a complementary thank you for the service campaign. They ended up filling it for me, which I appreciate.
Adam was very pleasant, professional, and patient. I felt I was in good hands working, like I do when working with Jeffrey Miller.

It’s crazy but my tire had blown and I was there for about 8.5 hours now I I paid 1500 dollars for work and it was three new tires and balance plus other work and it was 3.5 hours which was still too long to me but at least the service was A1.
99.9% satisfied. I asked that the license plate screw be replaced because the head was stripped and it was not. Otherwise, everything was great

Jeffery was super. He was pleasant and adapted to my hearing deficit. He explained everything and was efficient. He was aware of the service contracts we had and tire warranty etc. He also observed that we had been on a road trip based on mileage and explained why it was good for my hybrid battery.

There appears to be a chip on my door handle that I did not have there before. I’m not sure how it got there, but I definitely did not have it there before. It is right on top of the drive’s door handle. A chip of black paint is off.
