He’s absolutely amazing!!! He was professional and, he even talked to me about the importance of keeping up on my car maintenance in a timely manner. I’ve never in all my years as a Lexus customer, had anyone explain my service appointment to me in detail. He confirmed that I was aware that there was a crack in front of car. I would prefer to deal with Jeffrey for all future appointments. I now understand why I should take better care of vehicle and, how proud I should be to own a Lexus. Thanks, Mr Jeffrey!
