Our remote start function now does not work, and our mirrors do not fold automatically upon locking. These are brand new issues caused by poor workmanship at your dealership. I will need to take my vehicle to a new dealership to have these issues fixed now.

I brought my vehicle in for service and wanted to share some concerns regarding my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the level of service provided. After the appointment, I noticed that the car was not cleaned and washed which I had expected as part of the service. Additionally, I called to request an update and left a message, but I did not receive a return call. I believe communication is an important part of customer service, and I was hoping for a more responsive experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed and improved for future visits.

I was very happy with Travis but your technology person did not fix my problem that he said he fixed. I asked if the blind spot detection can be changed to beep rather than blink I was told yes and that I was fixed. It is not fixed and I am sure if it can be fixed as Google AI can not answer either.
