My water pump showed signs of a recent leak because there was dry pink crust in the area as photographed . I bought an extended warranty but Adam talked with two Lexus authority figures who convinced him that the warranty would not cover replacement of the water pump unless it was an active leak so the service guys examine the water pump at next service. I was convinced to wait but on second thought I am worried about driving my Lexus and do not feel safe I am driving to and from Columbus on Saturday (4 hours) and feel the advice by two Lexus authority figures was risky and not in my best interest. Why buy an extended warranty if you have to fight for a claim allowance. The pink crust is evidence of a problem, whether the crust is dry or wet. Therefore, I am not satisfied with Lexus and afraid to drive long distances.

Lack of communication , car was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation on Friday morning, did not receive a call until 4pm that the service will not happen due to a back log and will probably happen on Monday, which it did. I would have loaned a vehicle knowing about the delay.
