Took my car in due to an intermittent noise seems to be coming from underneath the car. I got back the car with the same noise. Was told that the technician and manager were unable to detect the noise. As soon as I drove the car outside the dealership I heard the noise. I called the service representative and the service manager but neither responded.
Jeff was very personable and a pleasure to deal with. After my service visit I developed an issue with my tire pressure monitor system and left a phonee message for Jeff; he got back to me promptly that same day and we discussed options. This is our family's 3rd Lexus and I've always been satisfied with the service I receive at Metro Lexus. And while I'm handing out compliments, kudos to Joe in parts who helped me with some issues with my remotes.
