The service on my car was acceptable. However, the valet service was not. I was loaned a car that was way too small for me. I could hardly get into it...so uncomfortable! My car was not returned until a day later than agreed upon, and I have to wait for my key to be mailed back to me.
Jeffrey Miller was AWESOME. Top notch service, he could not have done a better job! Give him a raise!

Very pleased with the entire process - from start to finish. Josh was very friendly & explained everything. I’m somewhat disabled so he found a RX loaner for me instead of a car. That was very thoughtful & surely made the process easier. He stayed in contact with me & let me know when they began working on my vehicle & informed me upon completion.
Jeff took care of me when I picked up my RX. He briefed me on all work that was done. I asked him about the redesign of the 2023 RX & he took a minute to show me the new model in your showroom.
All in all I am extremely impressed with Metro Lexus & your staff.
I really like Jeff. I feel he will make certain that my car is in perfect condition before I leave your dealership. He’s a great ambassador for Metro Lexus. I even recommended him to another of your customers. She was and is still a Lexus cheerleader. She has purchased several cars from your dealership from the time you first opened your doors. Great communication. Honest discussion of recommended repairs. Quick service. Great experience. Car cleaning could have been better. Still mud on floor mats. It does not appear seats were vacuumed.
