I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and diagnostic. I was informed it was not time for an oil change. I specifically requested that I be informed prior to any work being done. As i ALWAYS do. The diagnostic was $150. When I came in I was charged $230. If you look at my paperwork. I declined service. Overheard a gentlemen with a similar complaint. Other than this one issue, I love Metro Lexus.

The main reason I went to the service department was to perform a simple repair which they completed and for this I am satisfied. But even though they offered to vacuum the interiors it was not clean under the rugs. Lastly, I suggest that when a vehicle is delivered, it should be escorted by an employee who can confirm the satisfaction of the service or clarify any doubts or questions. Not just collect the money and tell the client your vehicle is in the parking lot and say goodbye.
Everyone was fine, but I did wait a considerable amount of time to sign in and pick up my car.
In fact, my ride mentioned that it seemed to take forever and allotted time for the sign in/out process.
Jeffrey was very helpful, efficient, and gracious. Job well done.

I do wish there were snacks in the waiting area. I think COVID is past us. Other dealerships have snacks out for their clientele.
