The service dept was welcoming, competent, and very good keeping me informed of progress of the service call.
The additional trip to Lexus to have repairs done that we’re supposed to had been completed on the first trip made me feel dissatisfied with Lexus. I was also sent a coupon that I was not able to utilize..
Dan Booth went above and beyond to make everything right. He’s always been rock solid with his service and commitment to quality and accountability. I hope Metro Lexus treats him well.

The wheel is vibrating when my vehicle is driven over 60 mph. Not sure what is going on.
We had an issue up front however Cordis Bunch did a great job in resolving our problem. He gave us great service was very timely and professional. We have always bought Lexus cars and based on the service experience we received we will continue to do so.
2 hours for a tire rotation? An 8am appt so not “rush hour”. Didn’t change my wipers nor check some loose trim even though my car sat in the “pick up” aisle for 30 minutes. Over 30 yrs with Metro, this was a disappointment.
Mostly satisfied, I still would like the service tech to tell me how the car looked. I had to ask too many questions.
Did we replace wipers ?
Did the tires get rotated or cross rotated ?
