He was attentive, helpful, and prompt. He quickly responded to voicemail. It was more expensive overall than I expected the it was so easy dealing with him. The facility was very clean, love the coffee, miss the cookies.

I was told that my car needed an alignment after one tire was replaced with my warranty and I purchased one new tire. I realized I do not need an alignment and I feel that I was taken advantage of. Also the last time I was in for service they rotated my tires and put the two newest tires on the driver side front and the driver side back........ that should not of happened as they should've both gone on the front... I believe Lexus service should not of done that. I chose Lexus because of their excellent reputation. I'm just not seeing that...
