It was a little rocky at first, but it came together. Opportunity—give customers information on additional service items while they’re waiting so they can make the decision to approve at that point, not when the car is finished……..for example, I needed new wipers, and that would’ve been an easy thing to do while my car was in the back being serviced. I did not have time because they were running behind as it was to add that on at the end of an already extended appointment. They tried to do the ‘hurried’ add and that created more challenges. In the end it all worked out, but could’ve been easily avoided. Thanks s as aways to Micah for going the extra mile to provide exceptional service.

The whole experience was top-notch.
Had car in twice this year for engine issue. Notice appeared to see dealer for maintenance. I called and asked about the necessity and was led to believe it was a diagnostic issue (they even arranged for a loaner vehicle--told I couldn't wait for it. (Had issue twice in last few months with engine light/orange triangle appearing.) Was very inconvenient to get in, so once I was there, I considered leaving when I was told it was a simple 25,000 mile check up. When I probed further, I was told a tire rotation would be done, so I stayed. Concluding paperwork stated "alignment inspection"-- no alignment. Very displeased with this service experience.
I have dealt with Cordis many times and I am always satisfied with the out come. He is thoughtful &!takes time to explain or answer questions.
