Awesome service, and communication!
Adam did a good job. However I wasn’t completely satisfied with the diagnostic service on my radio / navigation unit that isn’t working. The notes in the invoice indicate the only diagnostic performed was to check the fuse. That wasn’t the issue. I still don’t have confirmation of the issue or replacement costs. For a $160 service fee I was hoping for some more information.
Adam was polite , thorough and kind. Lexus is lucky to have such a great employee in Adam!
Jeff makes a point to explain options to me. I always feel like he is trying to get me the best service, at the best price, and he make sure I know different things about the vehicle, and I’ll kinds of service that I would not otherwise, no. I feel like he empowers mean to make good decisions for my own purposes, and needs.

Cordis has done a great job especially in getting CarPlay app installed in my 2019 NC300, which previous service staff told us it’s not available and we need to pay outside contractors thousands to get it installed. Cord is told me immediately that it’s available and costs $192.
