I had asked for several of the high tech features on the car to be turned off and they were not. Over the course of two hours I called to talk to someone in Service to see if my car was ready. I called seven times and the phone at the front desk of the dealership or in Service rang dozens of times with no one answering and or me being disconnected. I even tried chat from the website and got no where.

The amount of air in every tire was different on my way home: 35, 36, 37 and 38. Should that happen? I'll have that corrected at Goodyear in the morning. The fender liner clamps are still not secure. Jerry said I might have to replace the bumper to get that fixed. That seems strange to me. I want 100% satisfied, but I appreciated the discount and the loaner car. The brakes seem fine. I'm still not sure I like the Michelin tire ride. Gary

Not greeted by anyone either at drop off or pick up. Stood for several minutes with no acknowledgement. Asked if my car had been taken through the car wash and was told yes, only to find out it was not. Sorry, but I expect better from Lexus.
