Everyone was very helpful and courteous and thorough. My only issue is the time it took. A little longer than anticipated. But other than that excellent service.

Ian was great. I commend him to you, however I was dealing with others and the inability to get to service through your phone system, no return calls when message left, delays in getting part and a missed return appointment made this a very frustrating experience. Also pick up was not available which was promised when I bought the car. I believe in taking the car to the dealer I bought it from so I feel the need to continue to have you service the car. However at this point I would not buy another car from you.

I mean it was just an oil change and a complimentary multi point check so I can’t really tell about being satisfied, however I do think that it took too long for my service as my appointment was for 11:45am and I didn’t get my car back until after 1:00pm
Paul was very easy to work with and service was great.
