Thank you for accommodating us… upon arrival we were told by Paul that since we requested a loaner car that my vehicle would have to be kept over the weekend. I told him when I scheduled the gal said she could get me in the next day or two with no loaner, and a week to ten days if I needed the loaner, so I opted for the extended scheduled date. Paul was very nice and somehow found us a very nice loaner vehicle and I was in and out in less than 3 hours. Thank you!
I'm very upset that I had to purchase new tires on a vehicle that I haven't even had for two years. I just expected more from a Lexus dealership.
