Missed having a response to my concern over rough downshifting of transmission. When I made appt for service, I was told I would take a ride with mechanic? Very satisfied with metro, from sales thru service, however my concern on my last two visits has been the same, less than smooth downshifting of the transmission. This 2022 rx350, only has 15000 miles on odometer.!

Please make sure you do not try to charge me for fuel. I received the loaner car with about a half of a tank of gas and returned it with a little less after driving to work down town and back. When I returned the loaner car, I was initially told the car had a full tank of gas when I received it. That is not true. I have a picture of the fuel gauge from when I received the loaner if you need to see it.

I paid for remote start, SOS panic button, the ability to track my vehicle if it goes missing, and other features. Because Lexus abandoned me I'm not interested in buying any Lexus products unless someone makes this right. I have yet to hear any good excuses or apologies from anyone for this ridiculous situation.
