Asked for floor mats to be swapped out and wasn’t done. Car was left outside and given back to me covered in ice and snow. It couldn’t have been parked inside overnight? I understand premium prices for excellent service but this was not excellent service. On the positive side, the video review of the inspections was a nice feature.

One of my problems today was the backup camera. I was told the problem had been rectified but, upon returning home and backing up into my garage, it immediately became obvious that the issue had not been fixed at all. The backup camera was showing the same weird angle I had mentioned when I dropped off my car. I am very unhappy with this. Either the technician did not solve the issue and/or the issue was not double-checked when the car was returned to me.
Jeff explained everything that was going to be done to my car. He kept me updated on when my car would be finished. Great service
