Jeffery greeted me as soon as I arrived. He was aware of my vehicle service record and was polite. He showed me the damage caused by a pothole and suggested an alignment along with my covered service. I was happy with the service and was comfortable waiting for the car. We made an appointment for May to fit it in before my service contract expires. Job well done.
We are very pleased with the service, everything was very quick and smooth. We were also very pleasantly surprised to receive the same Lexus that was getting fixed to drive while ours was getting fixed.
