It’s not as much of the service as it is the valet. I just don’t understand why for a simple 45,000 service they I can’t get my car back the same day. It’s an inconvenience to swap out cars from my downtown garage. This time I tried working from home, but I’m not as productive. I know, if that’s the only thing I complain about… If the valet could park the loaner and come to my office to swap keys, that would be amazing.

My car wasn’t cleaned from inside and outside after cracked windshield replacement. Dashboard had white spots after service and dust on the sides. I had to return for cleaning. Yet, I just noticed that the windshield camera which is attached behind the glass is also dusty. Moreover, I have to schedule another appointment, after driving on highway 70m/h can hear whistling noises from passengers top side. I also went with the dealer not with my insurance as I wanted to get a better quality but now I am disappointed with the overall service.

Jeffrey is always very thorough and that’s what I like. He always helps me out with decisions and he’s just an all-around good guy. When I picked up my car I needed new my phone synced to my car and Cassie said it would be no problem, she was so helpful. She came out and zip zip she had it completed. She was a super nice and friendly gal Thanks to Jeff, Cassie and Metro Lexus!??
