Ian asked me at check-in about weather with me answering that I live more than an hour away. As we talked about the weather, he mentioned that it might be possible to get it done in 2 hours. I replied that if it was only 2 hour that I would wait & not take a loner and have to return it he next day. It was done!! Saved me an extra drive to Cleveland tomorrow, which forecast states that weather is to be the same cold & possible snow like today! I am so pleased that my car was done & that I don’t have to drive in possibly bad weather tomorrow! What great customer first service! My thanks!

Please have loaner vehicles cleaned inside thoroughly. I’m highly allergic to dogs and obviously a dog was in the vehicle prior to me getting it. I was miserable for two days !!!
