The only reason that my survey result was marked as a "no" with completely satisfied (if I'm being honest), was in regard to the pick up. I had communicated with Jeffery on Friday, March 22nd that I would be unable to pick up my vehicle before the end of day, but would return for it first thing Saturday morning. The car was moved outside, sitting in the snow/ice that moved through overnight. When my car was brought around, it was covered in snow/ice (although the attempt was made to brush off the windows) and opening the door invited the snow/ice to fall inside. I get it, I'm more than particular when it comes to my vehicles, but why wasn't the car left inside overnight if was coming back first thing this morning? No, it's not the end of the world, but it's the small details that go a long way.
Cordis is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was very attentive and provides excellent customer service. He is a wonderful asset to Metro Lexus.

I’m always so happy with my experience when I come to Metro Lexus for service. Jeff Miller, and Micah Manus always take such great care of me and my vehicle. From the moment they greet me when I pull my car into the service department, to the ongoing updates Informing me of the status of my service visit to washing it and escorting me to my vehicle when it’s done. I’ve never been to another dealership that makes me feel like I’m such a priority, as if I’m the only person who they need to take care of!! They are the best!!
