I was giving vague verbal instructions how to maintain the vehicle rims after repair. I have place several telephone calls and left messages, disconnected on during 12 pm on May 16th with long Wait times and no greeting. I've held Lexus in very very high standards. Something is lacking here.

Paul has been great. He was professional and courteous. I just wish the technician could find the solution as to why two tires consistently leaking air. But they were unable to. But overall, everything was great.
