I was disappointed that I did not get a call about my car’s service. I finally called to get a status report at 4:30 PM. I was told the car was almost finished but that the dealership closed at 5:00 that day. That had not been previously communicated. I rushed to the dealership and arrived at 5:00 and do get my cat that evening. I will say that the service rep applied a $40 coupon to my service to recognize the lack of communication.
