With that said, I was not thrilled about the fact that the technician who inspected my tires during the most recent scheduled maintenance did not identify the dry rot on my tire and gave it a passing grade until I came back to inquire about it; would have been bad if I continued for another year (as I was told) and risk having a tire blow out.
Professional and efficient service was provided from the beginning end. My service technician was polite and pleasant to work with.
