Arrived and was greeted by guys who cover seat with plastic; stood there for probably 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me/took care of me. All but one were at their computers. Either you don’t have enough people working in service or your method of starting a service appointment just isn’t working. I came from Acura for past 10 years and their process works
