My interior was a mess. There was food and coffee spill in cup holders, a footprint on the door, and debris on the dashboard. Very disappointing
Service was great but I did not appreciate the $35 charge for “shop supplies”. This nuisance fee is not worthy of your organization. To call it an industry standard is insulting to the customer. You should strive to be more transparent.

Was this service part of the maintenance free services advertised when we purchased the vehicle? All I was told was that the service had a charge of $99 and that if I wanted to have the wheels aligned it will be an extra charge. So what exactly is a maintenance included (1st year) is all about?
The car has less than 13 000 miles on it and we already spending money on maintenance?

Drop off was great. I picked up during lunch time so maybe that was why but pickup wasn't great. Not bad but not as good as usual when I pulled in. Got my car, drove off the lot, and error immediately popped up. I turned around and pulled back in the garage and a girl I hadn't met before was not super friendly and acted like I was making it up at first. Took my car without a word with my cell phone in it so I was unable to notify my next meeting that I was delayed. It was fixed quickly, guys I dealt with were all super nice. It was just a different experience than I'm used to there.
She provided excellent service. I will request her on my next appointment.
Jeff did a great job explaining the issues on my SUV. He kept me updated. His knowledge and recommendations were greatly appreciated.
I have loads of confidence in Jeff Miller. When I work with him he makes feel like a member of the Lexus family.. In this recent service repair I was disappointed that Jeff didn't call after the diagnosis to discuss options , costs etc. Comminication is critical in the service and repair sequence. Other than that he is a real people person who I trust.
The entire service group at Metro Lexus IS second to none. Super friendly folks and serviced my vehicle within 35 minutes. Fantastic customer service!
