Ian was great. When I set the appt. I was told that it included a wash, cleaning the interior and filling the tank so "bring it in close to E." The car wasn't washed, cleaned or filled up.

Never checked the wiper blades while in for check up. Now I’m required to bring the car back. I paid a premium to have the car serviced. Not a happy customer

The disappointment is in regards to the cost of the spark plug change which was over $800. I was shocked. Your hourly labor rate must be exorbitant.
Changing brake fluid was also very expensive - most of it being labor.
I want to continue to have the vehicle serviced at Lexus but the maintenance expenses may prohibit that in the future.
