As always a great experience
Today my husband had an issue with a tire on the 2003 430 while driving to Columbus. He took it to Bridgestone who makes the Tires that your service person put on the car. Well, one is on backwards and created a bad ride. The sensor was on as well. Someone needs to come get it and take it back in to correct this problem. Bridgestone would not touch it because of the expensive wheels on the car that are all messed up from exchanging the winter/summer tires.

Cordis is very detailed orientated and is great at communication.
He explained the service procedures prior and gave a synopsis upon completion. The video was excellent and it was nice to observe the inner mechanics of the suspension and underside of the RC!

Second time I’ve mentioned to clean the skittles in the glove box. I even left it open and told Ian it was never communicated. Additionally they tried to charge me 100 extra dollars for no good reason. And then when I said don’t touch my car, I’ll just come grab it. They decided to waive that hundred dollars. Tried to charge me $500 for a seatbelt which Monday I will find out how much that is going to cost at another car shop. That is reputable. I was also told Dan would be calling me since they messed up my car detailed twice now. Never received a call. I will definitely be writing a review and never bringing my car back.
