Ian did an excellent job coordinating the necessary repairs and updates. I was also surprised and pleased to find that all the leather surfaces in the car had been treated! You guys do a great job, which is why I’ve been returning or nearly 10 years!
My service appointment today was excellent. I was informed each step of the way from check in to check out. Vehicle was done in the amount of time quoted. Particularly helpful were the videos texted to me of the inspection. Car was also had a complimentary wash! Dealership went above and beyond, in my opinion, to identify a reoccurring battery drain problem. While no culprit was found they did all they could to identify it. We'll keep monitoring it to see if it reoccurs. My thaks to them for their efforts.
