Jeff Miller goes above and beyond the words…exceptional service. Not only does Jeff have the expertise to root out every minor and major concern for my vehicles…Jeff expertly conveys from the smallest concern to the most complicated anticipation he may have. Every discovery, repair and delay is reported as it is known throughout the service experience. There isn’t another service person I could ever work with. Which is why I continue to purchase Lexus vehicles. I know Jeff’s honesty and integrity is why the car of my vehicles will always be serviced at Metro Lexus.

Two little things:
1) went to purchase all-weather floor mats at parts dept, pressed the buzzer and waited kind of a long time before anyone came to the counter.
2) felt a little rushed checking out. I think service got slammed so I didn’t bother asking additional questions. I’ll call sometime later.
Travis made the process so easy, I had no worries or stress dealing with service.
My experience with Lexus service on a scale of one to 10 was a 10 today no need to send any more surveys. Thank you for the pleasant experience today.

it’s always a pleasure to have Cassie as my service advisor. She’s very thorough and keeps me up-to-date with the service record on my vehicle. She goes above and beyond to make sure all of my questions are answered. I was especially pleased that she was able to help me with questions I had regarding the purchase of tires.. I couldn’t complete that service today, but she was very helpful and scheduling a future purchase and service date that was convenient for met schedule. Gold star service!
