Had a tech question but no one was available to answer.

Well first of all I want to thank Metro Lexus very much and service writer Travis Clark he really took care of me I had hit a big chuck hole on West 130 and blew out to tires on the passenger side of my Lexus I drove very slow to Metro Lexus made it to the dealership went into the facility and Travis walk up to me I told him I had no appointment and explained to him what had happened he told me to bring my Lexus in the shop for check in and he said it might take a while since I didn't have an appointment but he would work with me and he did about an hour he came and gave me an update on what had to be done to repair my Lexus plus he also told me I needed my 70,000 miles service since I had to get tires as well which he had to order in and would not get in into 330 or 400 pm that afternoon so he said he would give me and my wife a loaner vehicle while they are working on my Lexus so we got loaner and left the next day when we pick up the Lexus she all took care of clean and ready to go I took care of my repair bill and I thank Travis again and I told he he was life saver the way he told care of us and we appreciated very much for his excellent service BZ. Mr. Miller in service was great! Everyone from the first phone call until the completed pick up went above and beyond. My insurance company made my appointment with Classic I couldn’t find it I pulled over in Metro Lexus parking lot and crying and upset, you guys were amazing from start to finish
