Josh was very professional and provided excellent customer service.
Very thankful that my car was fixed. In the beginning, I had told them that they needed to drive it 55 miles an hour or higher and for some reason it was told 35 miles so I had to make an extra trip up there to drive with the technician and he finally was able to hear the issue once we got on the highway at 60 miles an hour, please have your technicians insure that there is a sound coming from a vehicle and they think it’s the hub bearing. They should not just drive the car at 35 miles an hour. They should take it up on themselves to take it at highway speeds too. The technician did not do that until I drove all the way out there and rode with him.
With that said, Pryce was an absolute blessing. Very professional, friendly and understands the industry.

I was under the impression that your group had planned to pick up our car at our home, while leaving a loaner for our use if needed here, and your group was going to return our car to our home when completed.
We have always brought our car to your to be serviced in
The past and had the use of a car until you were finished, and then returned your car, either same day, or when we were told it was finished.
We appreciated the offer to pick it up at our home, but we’re not told it would be finished that same day, a late Friday , and we would be responsible to somehow get back to your shop with your car after your shop would be closed?
I would suggest that instead of using voicemails, etc., it will work better for someone to call us and talk to us about your plan for completing the job and getting the cars back to each owner.
The gentleman who brought the loaner car to our home was excellent and was helpful in everything and I thought our car would be returned when ready. Please do not blame him if I misunderstood!!

I work for Dell Technologies as a Sr. Service Manager and I know customer excellence when I see it. The team at Lexus of Akron Canton are simply the best! I just had the 120K mile service completed on my ES. Check engine light came on shortly after pulling away. I drove back into the garage and the team quickly found the issue, it was a simple fix - vacuum line came unplugged. This team took ownership of the issue and made it right and fast. Professional and knowledgable with great communication. Thank you service team - you all rock!!
