I did not drive the rental because my car was ready by the time I was done at work. The person returning my car called me to confirm dropoff. I asked him how long it would take him to get to Manchester Road/ Coventry even specified ‘’ portage lake area’’ and he said 20 minutes. He then proceeded to drive my car to my house in massillon. I rushed home and not that I would have expected him to freeze but he sat in my driveway with my car running for 30 minutes until I made it home. He should have at least apologized or assured me I wouldn’t owe the $10 fee. My car smelled horrible. I had to air it out and febreze it.

This is not representative of the Lexus Akron/Canton dealership but I am really frustrated with the issues I have had with my door locks. If you take a look at Reynolds Services, Inc., and our history with Lexus, we have been buying SUV's since the early 2000. I have driven the RX300, then the 400h, then 450h and now the one I have. With the last two 450h I have had issues with the door lock actuators. The car I drive just passed 70,000 miles and now the rear driver door has an actuator issue once again. I have driven the Rx300 and 400h suv's for 200,000 plus thousand miles with no issues on the doors. It is disheartening when you support a luxury brand like Lexus for almost 3 decades and you still see these issues persist over time. I am not certain at this point if I would invest in a new Lexus going forward.
