Josh is excellent as always. I would however check into the phone system issues.
I tried to call the Service Dept. and kept getting re-routed back to the receptionist. Never did get through so I just went in person. Minor complaint.

I take my daughters car to Ganley Toyota for service. They run it through a minor wash and vac. They also check tires and wiper blades. I expected more from a luxury automobile dealership. However the service rep was very pleasant

Josh is always professional and pleasant to work with. He was able to have our car serviced the day we called him.
I had a few issues when I arrived. I was promised a loaner vehicle and one was not available. I was also told my service would take 2-3 hrs and then told it would be Monday before it was ready (I brought it in Friday afternoon). This was extremely stressful since I had a long trip planned for Sunday. Zarryck was able to navigate my issues and had my car ready as promised on Friday and ultimately was able to provide a loaner vehicle. The only reason I will continue to bring my vehicle to your dealership is because of his service and his commitment to his customers! Good job Zaaryck; I appreciate you!!
