I feel that the faulty/fragile valve stem on the tires of the 23 GX should be recalled. It’s clearly having many issues. I had no issues removing the caps and temps were above 45 so not frozen, but it instantly broke on contact with an air gage. After repair it took hours for the sensor to even register a pressure reading. I do not feel that this is completely reflective on the service I received but I should not have been sent off in my Lexus until the job was complete and tires balanced which were not. I have a leased vehicle I have had for barely a year now that I fear attempting to put air in the tires and left stranded. Please look into this delicate faulty stem/sensor piece for your customers safety.
When I checked in, I was told service would take one hour, but it was actually completed much sooner. Great job guys & hand wash too.

Their service center is very organized and everyone very helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased new tires with alignment so spent a significant amount of money and traveled an hour to do so. Their car wash was being upgraded but when I asked about it, they said they were hand washing the serviced vehicles. The car looked worse than when I drove it in.
Very disappointed with the results.

Purchase new tires and an alignment was completed. Leaving the dealership car had noticeable vibrations that were not present before. I have left a message concerning the issue.

After my service appointment I received an email offering a free RainX treatment with my next service before 12/31/24. Pretty poor timing, don’t you think??
