Very disappointed in my certified vehicle.
Was told my rear brakes need replaced. In 8k miles how could they be needing replaced if certified? I guess certified doesn't mean much!
Scratch marks apparently could not be buffed out. But never received an estimate to fix the problem.
We bought a car from another dealership out of town. We brought this car to Nick. He was fantastic. In receiving, Norm was there with a smile. He was friendly and kind and made sure we had everything out of the car we needed. Nick was fantastic. He offered a loaner car which was an F sport! I enjoy driving this sporty SUV. When the work was finished, I received the same high level of service. Norm was great in receiving, and Nick was fantastic with quick service. I was in and out with my rejuvenated vehicle. Kim did a phenomenal job. She took great care of me. She took care of all my concerns. She even notice that somehow my appointment was set up for a different vehicle. She went in and corrected it. She even got mein service early. She was great.

I had battery installed . The underside of brace holding battery was not cleaned of corrosion. The plastic piece across the front that covers part of battery was missing 9 fasteners. There may have been few missing before, but doubt 9. I should at least been alerted & option to have new ones installed . Whole deal looked like a sloppy hurry up deal. I have had my car serviced at this dealership since I purchased it. I tried calling several times and the phone wasn’t being answered. Then I found out that Dealership is now owned by Ken Ganley. Hhmmmmm !
Josh alone with everyone in the service department is excellent in the job they do. As is sales, management and the brand Lexus itself. Keep the company and it’s products with it’s eye to the future.
