I will give the highest rating on the survey because I will not let it be against your dealership but I am a bit offended on the loaner fuel situation. And I know to you this may be small but to me it was not. It was strongly pointed out to me to bring the loaner vehicle back on full or I would be charged $8 per gallon. I filled it up per instructed. Unfortunately it took 4 gallons of gas for 70 miles. Obviously it was not full when I received. I brought that to Pryce attention. He stated I only needed to fill with what I used. Clearly not what he stated when I was standing in front of him or when I signed the contract. I brought it to his attention and he said just needed to fill with what I used and guesses the contract should be changed. Again…. I will give you the highest rating with Lexus but this should be addressed THANK YOU
