Thanks to Nick Rair for securing me a loaner before you closed on Saturday. Unfortunately I got a flat tire on route eight South Saturday. Luckily I called Lexus of Akron canton and Nick set me up before he left for the day. I had my car towed to Lexus and was able to get a loaner. The car was fixed and the tire was replaced Monday. Thanks.

Instead of delivering my serviced vehicle in the exit lane of the facility, which is usually the case, it was parked outside in the rain storm today 4-3-26 at about 3:30. I was asked to go outside in the midst of heavy rain storm to get my vehicle. Moreover, I was not given the keys but was told the keys were inside the vehicle. Went into the rain to get vehicle only to find out that it was locked and the keys were not in it. Came back into the facility in the rain to get my keys. And then I got into my vehicle only to find out that the inside of my vehicle was wet from the service agent parking the vehicle and opening the doors inside the heavy rain storm. Besides, there was no vehicle on the exit lane when my vehicle was parked outside in the rain storm. And I was completely socked from going up and down from my vehicle outside in the rain and the facility.
Excellent job on fixing the front end of my Lexus, I feel so much safer in it now. It didn't seem so bad before the fix, but afterwards, what a difference. Thank you so much

I wanted to activate the digital key on my RX350h, but the dealership was unable to do it.
I will give the highest rating on the survey because I will not let it be against your dealership but I am a bit offended on the loaner fuel situation. And I know to you this may be small but to me it was not. It was strongly pointed out to me to bring the loaner vehicle back on full or I would be charged $8 per gallon. I filled it up per instructed. Unfortunately it took 4 gallons of gas for 70 miles. Obviously it was not full when I received. I brought that to Pryce attention. He stated I only needed to fill with what I used. Clearly not what he stated when I was standing in front of him or when I signed the contract. I brought it to his attention and he said just needed to fill with what I used and guesses the contract should be changed.
Again…. I will give you the highest rating with Lexus but this should be addressed
