I was very happy with the attention to detail at Akron Canton Lexus. The vedio of my car inspection was on point. The technician was awesome explaining what needed done to my car. Everything was done in a timely manner and having a loaner car was icing on the cake.

During the drop-off process, I asked Kim Gapsky if my car would be swept out along with the servicing, to which she replied “yes.” When picking up my car, I immediately noticed that the inside had not been touched. I was not necessarily expecting it to be included in the service before inquiring out of curiosity, but I was expecting it to be done if I was told it would be. Everybody I spoke to, including Kim was very kind and the process was very smooth. However, I was just a little disappointed by my car not being swept out. Thank you for all you do! Still feel very blessed to have such an awesome crew at the dealership.

At no point during the drop off period was I made aware that changes had been made to the paint protection we bought via Lexus with Armor All. Very disappointed to find out his upon picking the car up to find out nothing was done and now we need to go figure out how to get something taken care of . Really pathetic service on two fronts. 1. Changes to the process/ policy and 2. Cowardice of the service reps for not being up front about this when dropping and picking the car up…. Infuriating coming from a Lexus.
