Presenting me with an inspection txt message with a long list of necessary repair items costing over $4,000 dollars and substantiated only by a lack of maintenance history within your repair shop, seemed like a marketing shakedown of an 80 plus year old senior, I came into your shop to have an A/C issue repaired. That problem alone was estimated to cost almost $2,000. You may see your "service inspection" routine as a through report and "sound advice" to keep my car performing at its best, but I found the whole routine as an attempt to generate a lot of revenue for your service department with very little actual evidence of real pending maintenance issues. I'm sure you can present an argument that justifives your maintenance procedures, but the above is my honest reaction to your maintenance procedures. I do plan to review your long list of "maintenance requirements" with an independent maintenance shop and get their opinion as to the necessity of your suggested maintenance. If I receive any opinions as to your type of service suggestions, I will share them with you. Thanks for listening.

It’s really hard to comment on service when you asked for a call and you never received one. But you’re told you were sent a text and the service department was waiting on you. There’s no ‘service’ there.
