The person who checked me in was very misleading on the time when he knew I had limited time to be there. He also did not come out to talk with me about the findings with my vehicle. He was dismissive and in attentive!

I can see that your people have the knowledge and experience to provide excellent customer satisfaction. Josh took the time to understand and record my concerns about the issues I was having with my vehicle and went above and beyond to assure they were addressed and resolved. Communication was excellent! The tech Tom Welch who did the repairs was very thorough and went above and beyond to inspect and repair the vehicle to make sure it was operating as designed. My kudos to your device team!
