I had called to schedule an oil change/tire rotation on my Lexus RX350 The woman on the phone pulled up my account and set the appointment When I arrived for my appointment, Ellie told me it wasn’t time for an oil change (even though the maintenance light was on in the car) and they would not perform one. However, they would be happy to rotate the tires for a mere $53 and change. I quickly declined and then remembered I had a FREE rotation on my account. I had to let Ellie know of the free service. She found it with no problem though she didn’t bother to mention it while she my account pulled up on the iPad? The rotation was completed. It took about an hour which I thought was a bit lengthy to only rotate tires? My husband and I do have decent experiences with your sales team but the service afterward leaves a lot to be desired. A fully stocked refreshment center does not make up for the lack of customer service and wasting of time. Regards Andrea D
