Excellent experience at the Akron County dealership for my yearly maintenance. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, timely and courteous. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Really appreciated going the extra mile for cleaning the exterior and interior of the vehicle. Many dealerships do not offer this. Wonderful to still have companies that value the customer through their exemplary customer service!! Keep up the great work!!!

Second time I brought my new car in for rear quarter panel that separates, was told first time it may need a new track, explained when I made appointment, when I picked it up, they say it snapped right back together and didn’t need a new track, it has already popped back out - very disappointing- felt dismissed
