You damaged a plastic piece in my car while removing both car seats. You ripped my leather door. You repaired the leather but called my a lier an said I damaged the plastic. That was your so called manager. I am a loyal Lexus customer and Iam totally disappointed in your dealership. I own a RX350 and a GX and will take my business else where. I was going to work with Mark again after he sold me my RX on a new GX. I will be looking at another Lexus dealer for the new car. You lost a good customer.
