Yesterday afternoon, I stopped at the Akron/Canton Lexus dealer to get a car wash on my new 2025 ES 350. When I stopped in, I mentioned that my back right tire had a slow air leak and had been having this problem for weeks. The manager said they would look at my car while they were getting it washed.… I was very pleased when they returned my clean car with a brand new tire. (Apparently, a nail had pierced the tire.) Since I had purchased the tire and dent package there was no charge. What a great experience!
The staff has been very pleasant and willing to explain all details of service. When asked a question the service agent quickly finds answers for us.
I have an email saying the technician said to replace the battery but heard all they did was charge it. Hell I could have charged the battery. Now I have no faith the car is going to start. I’ll see you guys Saturday.

Excellent customer service. I requested an appointment for the same day and the people from Lexus were very accommodating. That’s the reason I bring my car to Lexus for all my service needs. Keep up the great work. I would certainly recommend Akron Canton Lexus.
